Ward Entrekin is the founder of Exposition Properties, which he started in 2023. Ward is a native Atlantan and 2nd generation commercial real estate professional with deep ties to the Atlanta real estate market.

Mr. Entrekin started his commercial real estate career in 2001 working for Advantis GVA as a tenant representative. Mr. Entrekin has worked for other notable firms over the years, including Ackerman & Co, Carter, and Major and Arroll. Mr. Entrekin has experience across nearly all deal types, including sales of improved property and leasing of office, industrial, and retail, as well as personal real estate investments. His depth of deal knowledge is invaluable to his development clients and land sellers.

For the past 10 years, Mr. Entrekin’s primary focus has been land brokerage; he has completed land transactions throughout metro Atlanta for multifamily, retail, and office developments and consistently earned the trust of his clients.

Ward is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. He lives in Brookhaven with his wife Allison and their 2 teenage kids.
