In addition, we have experience selling buildings for adaptive reuse.
Buyer Representation: We assist our buyer clients by identifying potential land sites for acquisition, assessing their suitability for development (or investment) and facilitating the transaction. We have completed multiple land assemblages with 20+ sellers.
Seller Representation: We also assist landowners in the sale of their properties by maximizing the exposure of their properties in the marketplace. Competition often leads to higher sale prices, more favorable terms and confidence from our clients that no stone was left unturned.
We analyze local market conditions, zoning regulations, demographic and construction trends to provide an accurate valuation of each property. We make every effort to ensure our clients understand the true market value which helps avoid overpricing or underselling.
We assist clients with navigating of the zoning and entitlement process in order to achieve the highest and best use for a particular site. We have relationships with many local municipalities as well as zoning attorneys and engineers who can help with permitting and entitlement approvals.
